Convenience Enterprises is working in conjunction with
the California Legislators to propose a resolution for
food safety and sanitation in the State. This resolution

El Torito chain, part of the world's largest Mexican
retaurant chain:
During our recent meeting with the Regional Director
of El torito restaurants, we received strong interest
in the technology and the possibility of utilizing NapWrap®

Tom Kaa has over 30 years of experience in restaurant
operations and management with multi-unit restaurant
groups such as Paragon Restaurant Group and Vicorp Specialty
Restaurants.
He has managed over 50 restaurants with focus on the
guest, employee and product. His expertise include organizational
development, strategic direction, site development and
management, complete profit and loss responsibility,
management recruiting-training-development and recognition,
marketing planning and operational food and service

Convenience Enterprises Attends NAFEM show in
Anaheim, CA:
C.E participated in this years NAFEM (National Association
of Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers), the most targeted
show specifically designed for the foodservice equipment
industry. During our meeting with several managements
at the show, we were bale to identify several strategic
partners to work with our manufacturing, distribution
and supply requirements.
NapWrap™ also received great attention from
industry publications and organizations such as the
NRA's Kitchen Innovations Award and the Food Safety
Insights magazine.

Negotiations with national suppliers have begun and
moving ahead:
Several supply companies have been selected to provide
NapWrap™ exclusively with supplies and one will
be chosen based on their capabilities, quality and service
history as well as the synergy we have together.
Currently we have received request from and are in
negotiation with a major national supplier of napkins,
showing their interest in partnering with C.E and to
be the exclusive supplier for NapWrap™’s
napkins and bands.
Manufacturing and license letter of intent received
from top national F.S equipment manufacturer:
C.E, Inc. Received a letter of intent from one of
the major national foodservice equipment manufacturers
with their interest in licensing, manufacturing, distribution
and servicing of NapWrap™ on a national and in
the future, international scale.

Foodservice & Hospitality Expo:
C.E, Inc. attended the Western Foodservice & Hospitality
Expo in Los Angeles where we located several joint venture
opportunities for the company.

MargaritaVille restaurant to beta test NapWrap™:
MargaritaVille restaurant, in Las Vegas, NV, which
was the busiest restaurant in the nation last year,
Has shown strong interest in using NapWrap™ in
their establishment as our Beta test location, with
further negotiations pending.

have begun:
Initial negotiations where undertaken with several
manufacturers to select the ones most compatible to
work with this project.

C.E, Inc. attended the NRA restaurant and hotel
show in Chicag:
We received high interest in licensing and partnerships
from many of the major national and international equipment
manufacturers and distributors. We also secured purchasing
interest from several restaurant chains upon completion
of NapWrap™ beta testing.
Convenience Enterprises has engaged NSF to test
and certify NapWrap™:
NSF (National Sanitation Foundation), which certifies
foodservice equipment in 80 different countries, is
officially on board with our engineering team to supervise
and certify NapWrap™.

Two national companies in CA and FL have shown great
interest in fully funding our project, due to the unique
market potential and the strong position NapWrap™’s
technology will have on the foodservice industry.
Convenience Enterprises attended the NIGA (National
Indian Gaming Assoc.) trade show. We established contacts
with 300+ major Indian Gaming casinos nationwide as
well as receiving funding interest from the Native American
Bank (NAB) of Colorado.
C.E Inc. received a request from the president of Denny's
Owners Association (1600+ corporate and franchise owned
Denny's establishments) to present NapWrap™ at
their next upcoming national board meeting.
C.E, Inc. received interest from the management of Darden
Intl. (1368 unit restaurant chain, including Olive Garden,
Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze and Smokey Bones) to look
into NapWrap™ technology for use in their national
chains upon completion of NapWrap™’s Beta
test.
